TERTIARY AWARDS PROGRAM
The Tertiary Awards Programme (TAP) main objective is:
to promote human resource development thereby contributing to the economic and social progress of the Cook Islands through the transfer of knowledge and skills.
Achievement of this objective requires new knowledge, highly developed skills and new approaches to compete in this highly competitive world.
TAP is tasked with the management of most scholarships advertisement and selection processes mainly for those that are funded by NZAID, AusAid and the Cook Islands government.
