Overseas Student Assistance Fund (OSAF)
Cook Islanders who are privately pursuing tertiary studies overseas may apply for assistance to pay for tertiary tuition fees on reimbursement basis. Reimbursement will only be payable for those subjects or units passed. The applicant will need to provide original valid evidence for payment of tuition fees during the stipulated calendar year. The minimum payment to be awarded to a OSAF applicant is determined according to the number of applications received and the availability of funds. That amount will be reviewed from time to time. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
