Industry Training Organisation (ITO)

The TVET section has fostered partnerships with the Industry Training Organisations (ITOs) in New Zealand. They ensure the courses delivered by the Association of Cook Islands Tertiary Institute (ACITI) meet its standards. The Cook Islands Trades Training Centre (CITTC) work with the following ITOs (BCITO) for Building Construction, (MITO) for Motor Mechanics, (ETITO) for Electrotechnoloy. The Hospitality Travel and Tourism Training Centre (HTTC) work with Hospitality Standards Institute (HSI) for Hospitality, Food and Beverage, and for Aviation, Travel and Tourism courses with Aviation Travel Tourism Training Organisation (ATTTO).
